Miss Nancy Ackerman died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. Ackerman, south of town at about 12:00 o'clock Sunday night, at the age of 20 years, 7 months and 23 days, after an illness of three weeks duration of a complication of ailments commencing with measles. Everything that medical skill and loving hands could do was done to no avail and death came to end her sufferings. The purity and sweetness of her life and her loving and kind disposition has left its impression on all who had come in touch with her. Funeral services were held at the family home at 12:00 o'clock Thursday and later at the Kliebenstine church conducted by Rev. Kliebenstine, McNinch and Theilken. The remains being laid to rest in the cemetery adjoining the church. "Gone, but not forgotten; departed yet ever present." The sympathy of all is extended to the mourning relatives and friends.
