Carol Ann Cooper, 54, of Grundy Center, passed away October 19 at her residence.

Funeral services were October 22 at the First Baptist Church in Grundy Center. Pastor Michael Nemmers officiated. Burial was in the Rose Hill Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established.

Carol was born March 15, 1957 in Waterloo, the daughter of Ira and Ruth (Brown) Cooper. Carol most recently worked for the Spokesman Press in Grundy Center and prior to that she worked for Bagels and More in Cedar Falls. Carol was a member of the First Baptist Church in Grundy Center.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

Carol is survived by her sister, Elaine Hartke of Grundy Center; along with many cousins.
