Mrs. Charles Price Dies In California

Word was received Monday of the death of Mrs. Charles Price in a sanitarium in California, where she was a patient several years. She was 85 years old. Services were held in California Monday. The body will be cremated and the ashes will be sent here for burial by the side of her husband in the Grundy Center cemetery. The body of her husband was also cremated. Mr. Price died in January 1938.

Mrs. Price's maiden name was Clara Bourne. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Bourne. She was born in Grundy Center and spent the early part of her life here. She and her husband and daughter moved to Boise, Idaho, and later to Los Angeles. The family left Grundy Center in 1923.

Surviving are the daughter, Mrs. Louise Hickman, Culver City, California.
