Mrs. Harve Miner Dies At Estherville

Mrs. Harve Miner, an early resident of Grundy Center, died in a hospital at Estherville last Wednesday. She had been a patient in the hospital for a month, following an accident at her home in which she suffered a broken limb. She would have been 86 years old had she lived another month.

Her maiden name was Ella Graves. She and Harve Miner were married in Jackson, Tenn., 51 years ago. Shortly thereafter they moved on a farm near Estherville. They continued to reside on the farm and in the city of Estherville up to the time of her death. The couple had no children.

Surviving are the husband, two nephews Wayne and Orange Morrison, two nieces, Mrs. Archie Butler and Sunshine Derryberry, Jackson, Tenn.

Services were in the Presbyterian Church in Estherville Friday. The body was brought to the Ferree Funeral home in Grundy Center where there was a prayer service in the afternoon. Burial was in the Grundy Center cemetery.

From Grundy Center who attended the services at Estherville, were Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Morrison, Mrs. W. E. Morrison, Mrs. Harry Morrison and Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Ruppelt.
