Forrest LaRue, aged nineteen years, died at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Martin LaRue, Melrose township, January 10, and was interred in the M.E. church cemetery on the following Thursday. His trouble was appendicitis in an unusual form and at no time after an operation had been performed did the physicians in attendance give the relatives and friends much hope of his recovery. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of this people in the death of their youngest son who was a source of comfort to them in their declining years.
