Funeral Saturday For Mrs. Harold Moore

Funeral services were held Saturday at the Whitten Christian Church for Mrs. Harold Moore, 76, of Whitten, who died last Wednesday at her home. Burial was in the Benson Cemetery near Whitten.

Alta Pauline Gohner was born a daughter of Joseph and Mary Gohner May 12, 1892 in Grundy Center. She lived all of her life in the Whitten area. She married Harold Moore, Dec. 29, 1914, at Whitten.

Survivors are the widower; one son, James of Conrad; two grandsons; one sister, Mrs. Ray Stover of Conrad.

She was a lifelong member of the Whitten Christian Church, where she taught Sunday School.

Bearers were Herbert Hauser, Carl Lieberum, Emory Bumstead, Donald Hauser, Jerry Rogers and Robert Wilson.
