Ethel Mae Hammond Webb, 91, of California, formerly of Reinbeck, died February 17 in California. Funeral services were February 23 at the Hand Funeral Home in Reinbeck. Burial followed in the Reinbeck Cemetery. A memorial fund is being established.

Ethel Mae Saltou was born on February 4, 1913, the daughter of Henry and Hattie (Thompson) Saltou. Ethel grew up in the Cedar Valley area, later working as a waitress in the Reinbeck area until moving to California in 1957.

Ethel is survived by one daughter; two sons; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a brother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers; and a sister.
