Antko Clapp, 80, of Cedar Falls, formerly of Reinbeck, passed away February 25 at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo. Funeral services were February 28 at the Union Congregational United Church of Christ in Reinbeck. Burial followed in Rose Hill Cemetery, Grundy Center.

Antko Clapp was born on March 16, 1923, the son of Joe and Bertha (Viet) Clapp. He grew up in the Dike area where he attended school and graduated from the Dike High School in 1941. He married Lola Mast on December 1, 1945. They lived and farmed north of Reinbeck for more than 50 years.

Antko was preceded in death by his parents; a son; and three brothers.

He is survived by his wife; two sons; a daughter-in-law; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
