Henry W. "Hank" Sealman, 77, of Waterloo, died February 12, at the Allen Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were February 17 at Locke Funeral Home with military rites by the Waterloo AmVets Post #19 and Evansdale AmVets #31. His body was cremated and will be interred at a later date at the Rose Hill Cemetery, Grundy Center.
He was born February 1, 1927, the son of John J. and Gertrude M. (Walters) Sealman. He attended Grundy Center schools. He worked as a Boiler Maker for the Union Local #38 in Kansas City, MO, traveling extensively with his work. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII on the USS Delta.
Survivors include three brothers, Harold Sealman of Wellsburg, Wilbur Sealman of Cherokee, Raymond Sealman of Lakewood, CO and Paul (Martha) Sealman of Grundy Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother.
