Minerva E. Karkosh, 101, of Reinbeck, died February 18, at the Parkview Manor in Reinbeck. Funeral services were February 23 at the Union Congregational United Church of Christ in Reinbeck. Burial followed in the Reinbeck Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Union Congregational United Church of Christ in Reinbeck.

Minerva was born on December 4, 1902, the daughter of Henry and Amelia (Delfs) Bothman. On February 17, 1926, she married James F. Karkosh. James passed away on July 17, 1971. The couple farmed.

She is survived by her daughter; two granddaughters; and two great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; two sisters; and a son-in-law.
