Benjamin Neymeyer, 91, of Waterloo, died December 27 at Cedar Falls Health Care Center. Funeral services were December 30 at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Burial was at West Friesland Presbyterian Church, rural Ackley.

Benjamin was born October 19, 1912, the son of Charley and Marion (Folkerts) Neymeyer. He married Gertrude Mennen on October 7, 1937. They farmed in rural Ackley until 1960. Ben then worked for John Deere Waterloo Tractor Works until retiring in 1974.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters; and one brother.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter; three grandchildren; and one brother.
