Dick Jutting Dies Wednesday Morning After Short Illness

Dick E. Jutting, 83, died at Schoitz Hospital in Waterloo shortly after 11 a.m. Wednesday, following a short illness. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday from Brandt Funeral Home and at 1:30 p.m. at the East Friesland Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. C. F. Siemsen officiating. Burial will be in the East Friesland church cemetery.

Mr. Jutting was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kasper Jutting. He was born near Cleves, April 29, 1878 and spent his life in that area until July, 1959, when he became a resident of the Presbyterian Home in Ackley.

Surviving him are three brothers, Will, Titus and Ubbe, of Cleves; and two sisters, Mrs. Henry Cobie and Mrs. Tena Sherfield of Ackley.
