Elizabeth Crosser, 98, of Conrad, IA passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at Oakview Nursing Home in Conrad. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 10, 2012, at the First Presbyterian Church in Conrad. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. until the time of the services. The Conrad Chapel of the Anderson Funeral Homes, formerly Johnston Funeral Home, in Conrad has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Elizabeth was born March 4, 1914 to Isaiah and Mabel (Hawkes) Fiscus in St, James, MO. She was educated in the New Providence school. Elizabeth was united in marriage to Everett Ira March on November 28, 1931. He died in 1962. She then married Floyd Rice. He died in 1972. She then married Audley “Jim” Crosser. He died in 1991. Elizabeth was employed at Dunham Bush in Marshalltown. Most recently she was a dietary cook at Oakview Nursing Home in Conrad. Elizabeth was a member of the New Providence Friends Church. She attended the First Presbyterian Church in Conrad for many years. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors.

Elizabeth will be missed by two daughters; Ann Carnes of Conrad, IA, Priscilla Burris of Sartell, MN, three grandchildren; Lynette (Michael) Purvis of Conrad, Lori Carnes of Mediapolis, IA, Everett Paul (Andrea) Burris of St. Cloud, MN, two step grandchildren; Sandra Tanner of TX, Jeff (Sue) Clapsaddle of Whitten, IA, four great grandchildren; Meridith Thomas of Conrad, Michelle (Chris) Heasley of Reinbeck, IA, Laina and Madison Burris of St. Cloud, MN, and three great great grandchildren; Kaylee, Lucas, and Karli.
