Lorri Jeanne Vinton Aiken, age 55, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2014 at her home in Conrad, Ia. Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 12th at Benson Cemetery by Whitten, Iowa at 11:00 am. Celebration of Life will be following the Graveside services at Denise & Leon Yantis @ Marshalltown, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to the Family.

Tim & Lorri were united in marriage on September 24, 1981 and from this union they had a son, Ian. They enjoyed living in the country as they usually had many pets and loved being outside.

Lorri was talented in so many ways and she could accomplish anything she set her mind to do. She was the most wonderful cook and owned her own catering business for several years. One of the other talents that she was known for was the wonderful crafts that she liked to make for the Christmas Holidays, and for her famous decorated "Sugar Cookies" which she would spend days making, decorating them and delivering to many family and friends. (They were always to pretty to eat)

She is survived by her husband Timothy; son, Ian Aiken & family of Whitten, a brother Craig Vinton of Whitten and her sister Becky Warburton of Radcliffe. She leaves behind her very dear friend Denise; along with many other family & friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Dick & Bette Vinton, brothers Paul Dean & Gary Wayne Vinton; and a grandson, Wesley Aiken.
