Last Rites For Anna K. Miller Held Saturday

Anna K. Miller was born August 27, 1909, the daughter of Heiko and Katherine Miller in Grundy County. She lived with her family on the farm in German township. She attended the rural school there and the East Friesland Presbyterian Church. In 1926 the family moved to Grundy Center, Iowa.

Anna K. Miller passed away on June 13, 1989, at the age of 79 years, 9 months and 16 days. Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 17, at the Brandt-Fritz Funeral Home at Ackley with the Rev. William Rosenberg officiating.

Pall bearers were Edward Geerdes, James Miller, Gary Miller, Kenneth Ulfers, Raymond DeVries, and Dana Dorman. Interment was in the East Friesland Presbyterian Church cemetery.

The deceased was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and three brothers. She is survived by three brothers and one sister, Andrew Miller, Mrs. Ellen (Clarence) Ulfers, and George H. Miller all of Ackley, and Herman E. Miller of North Hollywood, CA, and nieces and nephews.
