Rites Held For Richard Primus

Richard Primus, 51, of Miami, FL, and formerly of Minneapolis, MN, was killed in an airplane accident June 4, in Georgetown, Guyana.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, June 20, at 11 a.m., at the First Christian Reformed Church in Wellsburg, with Rev. Bruce Baillie officiating.

Mrs. Jack Bakker played selected numbers for the prelude and postlude.

Casket bearers were Harlyn Riekena, Rollin Primus, Alan Primus, Nelson Primus, Grant Primus, Kenneth Primus, Donald Primus and Tim Hoekstra.

Ushers were Claus Primus and David Primus.

Interment was in the First Christian Reformed Cemetery, where full military rites were conducted.

Richard Lee Primus was preceded in death by his father, Lee B. Primus, and one sister, Beverly.

He is survived by his mother, Maude H. Freezer Primus and a brother, Brent William, both of Minneapolis, MN.

The Doyen-Abels Funeral Home in Wellsburg was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
