Davidson Infant Rites Are Held

Daniel Joseph Davidson, infant son of Donald and Sharon Davidson of Holland, passed away Saturday, September 15, after being born premature Saturday at Marshalltown Medical Center in Marshalltown.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 18, at 2 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Grundy Center, with Father Everett Frese and the Reverends Phil and Louise Rieman officiating.

Interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery, Grundy Center.

In addition to his parents, the infant is survived by two sisters, Courtney and Kristen; maternal grandparents, Milo and Wilma Floyd, Oelwein; paternal grandparents, Victor and Doris Davidson, Grundy Center; and a paternal great-grandfather, Gerald Munn of Grundy Center.

A memorial fund has been established.

The Engelkes-Abels Funeral Home in Grundy Center was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
