Mabel Tranbarger Funeral On Mon.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mabel Tranbarger, 87, who died Friday morning in her home were held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Methodist church. Rev. Ralph Grote officiated with burial in the Conrad cemetery. Johnston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Tranbarger was born Oct. 15, 1877 at Bates, Ill., daughter of J. T. and Sara Morrison. She married William Oscar Tranbarger on July 26, 1896 at Conrad. They lived in Waverly for four years and returned to Conrad in 1900. They lived on a farm until her husband retired and then they moved into town. Her husband died in 1960.

Survivors are one son Morrison A. of Conrad, a brother Lawrence Morrison of Nevada; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters.
