Reinbeck Farmer Found Dead On Street Tuesday

William Johns, who resided on a small farm adjoining the town of Reinbeck, was found dead on the street in front of the S. W. DeWolf residence property about 11 o'clock Tuesday night. It is believed that death came instantly from heart failure while he was on his way home from town. He was seen going home about nine o'clock in the evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Martin Tschirgi, who had been spending the evening with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Moeller discovered the body of the dead man on their way home.

Mr. Johns was 70 years old. He owned a farm near Gladbrook which he sold several years ago and moved to the small place near Reinbeck. His wife is dead. One of the daughters has been keeping house for him. Surviving relatives are three daughters.
