Mrs. Fritz Strohbehn, Pioneer Grundy Resident, Is Dead

Mrs. Fritz Strohbehn, one of the early residents of east Grundy, died at the home of her daughter in Reinbeck last Saturday from old age. She would have been 81 years old next month.

Funeral services were held at the Congregational church in Reinbeck Monday afternoon. The services were conducted by Rev. Hostetter from Waterloo.

Mrs. Strohbehn is survived by ten children. They are Mrs. Maggie Plaehn, Dike; Mrs. Emma Plaehn, Reinbeck; Frank and Louis Strohbehn --unreadable--; Mrs. Hans Eh--unreadable--behn, John Stroh--unreadable-- Cook, all of Reinbeck, Mrs. --unreadable-- Eggers, Wagner, S.D., and Mrs. Louis Piroutek, and thirty-one grandchildren and twenty-four grandchildren.
