Son of Mr. and Mrs. Rand Dies Friday of Pneumonia

George Edward Rand, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Rand, died at the Rand home seven miles north of Grundy Center Friday morning following an illness of two weeks with gland trouble and pneumonia. He was 10 months and 8 days old.

Funeral services were held at the Lutheran church in Beaver township Monday with the pastor, Rev. Paulson, officiating. Burial was in the cemetery at Dike.
