Pneumonia Takes Orville Peters

Mr. and Mrs. Henry Peters were called upon Friday to part with their youngest son, Orville, who died following an illness of seventeen days with pneumonia. The boy's condition was considered serious from the time he was taken to his bed. For nearly a week before the end, the family nurse and physician who attended expected to see the vital spark extinguished at any time but the little man made a brave fight and hadn't the odds been too much against him he would have won. On Friday he looked much better and the family's hopes revived but in the afternoon the last change for the worse set in and shortly before six Orville entered into his last sleep.

Orville was two years and sixteen days old at the time of his death. He was a bright and lovable boy who was idolized by his parents and other members of the family and he was a favorite with all others who knew him.

Funeral services conducted by Rev. Thelken were held at the church here Tuesday afternoon. A most beautiful collection of flower tributes from friends and relatives showed the measure in which the bereavement of the family was appreciated.
