Former Conrad Resident Dead

William Morrow, a long time resident of Clay township, in this county, died at the home of his son, Rev. H. E. Morrow in Cedar Rapids last Thursday morning. The remains were taken to Conrad and laid by the side of his wife in the family lot last Monday. Funeral services were held at the home of the deceased's brother, John, in Conrad.

Mr. Morrow for many years was a successful Clay township farmer. He went to California for a time after leaving the farm and of late made his home with his son in Cedar Rapids. Mr. Morrow was about 70 years of age.
