Mrs. H. Diekman Died Friday Night

Funeral services were held on Tuesday afternoon in Bethel Lutheran church at Parkersburg and burial in the Wellsburg Reformed church cemetery for Mrs. Harm Diekman, who died at her home in Parkersburg last Friday evening. She was 48 years old.

Mrs. Diekman was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Nederhoff of Wellsburg. She was born on a farm near Wellsburg and grew up here. In 1924 she and Harm Diekman were married. The past 20 years they resided on a farm near Parkersburg.

Surviving are the husband and three sons: Raymond, of Cedar Falls, and Clarence and Harvey who are at home. Other surviving relatives are her father, Carl Nederhoff of Wellsburg; two brothers, Albert and Henry Nederhoff, Wellsburg; four sisters, Mrs. Emery Sheaffer, Grundy Center; Mrs. Annie Luitjens, Waterloo; Mrs. Jennie Meyer, Grundy Center; and Mrs. Art Ziesman, Eldora.

Correction in Diekman Obituary

In the obituary of Mrs. Harm Diekman which was published in the paper last week, the mention of a daughter was omitted among the survivors. The daughter is Mary Ann, at home. There is also one granddaughter, Delores Diekman.
