Services Saturday For Mrs. James Wilson

Funeral services were at the Presbyterian Church in Morrison Saturday afternoon for Mrs. James Wilson who died in a nursing home in Waterloo on Tuesday of last week. Burial was in the Washington Township cemetery.

Mrs. Wilson was born Feb. 3, 1879, in Jasper county, and lived there until her marriage to James Wilson on Jan. 15, 1900. Their married life was spent at Morrison, Iowa, in Grundy county, until the last several years which were spent with their children. Her husband preceded her in death on November 25, 1957. On May 8, 1959, she entered the East First Street Nursing Home in Waterloo.

To this union, four sons and two daughters were born. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Nancy Beckwith Draper, two sons in infancy, her parents, two brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by one daughter, Francis Wilson Behrends, Waterloo, two sons, James, Lancaster, Calif.; Robert, Sioux City; nine grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and brother, Will of Newton, and two sisters, Elizabeth of California and Kathryn of Indiana.
