Rites Held For Arnold Freese

Arnold Freese, 61, of Wellsburg, passed away Thursday, November 8, at the Hamilton County Hospital in Webster City.

Funeral services were held Monday, November 12, at 1:30 p.m. at the Colfax Center Presbyterian Church, rural Holland with Pastor Larry C. Hoop officiating.

Casket bearers were Chris Rolhuis, Vernon Rindels, Dennis Huisman, Kirk Weichers, Duane Huisman and Delayne Hopkins.

Interment was in the church cemetery.

Arnold Dean Freese, son of John and Grace Weichers Freese, was born December 2, 1928, in Parkersburg.

He spent all but the last year of his life living in Wellsburg.

Preceding him in death were his father John, and one brother, Kenneth.

Arnold is survived by his mother, Grace Freese, of Wellsburg; one sister, Vaneda Doyen, of Wellsburg; four brothers, Harley and Clarence of Wellsburg, Wendo of Chula Vista, CA, and Melvin of Shakopee, MN.

The Doyen-Abels Funeral Home in Wellsburg was in charge of the arrangements.
