Mrs. Primrose, 87, died Nov. 26th

Mrs. Mary Primrose, 87, a Grundy County native, died in Jesup Monday night, Nov. 26.

Services were Thursday afternoon at the Alice Church of God, Rev. H. L. Heim officiated. Burial was in the Alice cemetery.

Mrs. Primrose was born May 1, 1886, in Grundy County, a daughter of Fred and Tobitha Klien Hess. She married James W. Primrose July 1, 1905, in Grundy County.

She had lived in California since 1943, then came to Jesup 20 months ago. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Survivors are three sons, Myron F. of Waterloo, Wilfred of Fresno, Calif., and Joseph (Stewart) of Jesup; five daughters, Mrs. Leonard (Tobitha) Eastman of Fresno, Calif., Mrs. Clement (Thelma) Roberts of Medford, Ore., Mrs. Earl (Ruth) Turner of Madison, Ind., Mrs. Loren (Mariam) Miller of Bois D' Arc, Mo., and Mrs. Milo (Muriel) Baron of San Jose, Calif.; also some grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, a daughter, two sisters and three brothers.
