William Strictler Dead

William A. Strictler, a pioneer resident of Grundy county, died Saturday aged 82 years. Mr. Strictler was one of the rugged men who came from the east to break prairies of Grundy county in an early day and helped to found a new home and build churches and school houses and to cause the soil to give of its fertility to feed the pioneers of Iowa.
