Douglas Slight, age three years, was killed about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday when he was crushed between a wagon wheel and the barn on his father's farm near here.
The child was at the rear of the wagon, unnoticed by his father, Ed Slight, and a farmhand who were backing a balky team.
Survivors are the parents and two brothers, Rodney and Keith.
The accident happened near Buck Grove, a settlement eight miles south of here.
