(1993) Mrs. Joe (Mary) Wical received word Saturday evening of the sudden death of her brother, Logan Cooley, of Jacksonville, FL. Death was due to a massive heart attack suffered while he was mowing lawn. She along with her sisters, Mrs. Robert Prescott of Marshalltown, Mrs. Joe Nichols of Rice Lake, WI, and Mrs. Bill Minard of Waterloo left Sunday evening from the Waterloo Airport for Florida. At Jacksonville they were joined by their sister, Mrs. Clara Clair of Los Angeles, CA and brother, Donald Cooley, of Brodhead, WI. Funeral services were held in Jacksonville on Tuesday. Logan was 64 years old.
