Mr. V. Dunn, a prominent farmer of Blackhawk township, was accidentally killed last Friday while stacking hay. Something about the machine gave way and a falling fragment struck Mr. Dunn, causing injuries which resulted in his death after a few hours of intense suffering. Deceased had lived in the county about seven years and was a progressive stirring farmer and a good citizen. He leaves a wife and a family of grown up children.
