Republican: Sam and John Heikens of Pleasant Valley were placed in the county jail Friday to serve a ten days' sentence for making trouble at home. They had shut their father out of the house for three days and when a local officer came to arrest them they drew a gun. Neighbors came to the rescue and the boys were surrounded and disarmed in a corn field. One of the boys served a jail sentence last summer for letting his brother out of jail at Wellsburg last summer.
