Mrs Abbott, 80, Rites Are Held

Funeral services for Nora Ellen Abbott were held July 29 at 10 a.m. from the Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson. Rev. Clinton B. Meininger, retired pastor of the Christian Church, officiated. Organist was Mrs. Lee Sloan and Mrs. Marc McGinn was soloist.

Interment was made in the Union Township Cemetery in Guthrie County with the casket being carried by Robert Billmeier, Eddie Morgan, Dennis Ford, Bill Kinsey, Ralph Duff and Joel Heinz.
