HARRY SHUEY OBITUARY

Harry Everett Shuey, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Shuey, was born in central Nebraska, February 11, 1883 and passed away in Hamburg, Iowa, August 25, 1950, having reached the age of 67 years, 3 months and 11 days.

He came to Hamburg as a child and grew to manhood here, graduating from Hamburg High School about the turn of the century. He spent most of his adult life in the West, where he was employed for many years on government work. He lived in Bozeman, Montana for twenty-six years. About a year ago he purchased a home in Hamburg and has lived here since that time. He was never married.

He is survived by two brothers, Frank of Omaha and Charlie of Garrison, California; one sister Maye of Portland, Oregon, several nieces and nephews and may friends. He was an honest, upright citizen.

Funeral services were held at Johnson Funeral Home, Thursday, July 27, at 2 p.m., conducted by Rev. J.H. Freedline. Burial was in the Mt. Olive cemetery.
