I have a newspaper clipping from Burlington, Iowa, "Hawkeye" stating Feb. 10 or 12, 1888 that William Connor and Frances (Fannie) Karger took out marriage application. It is not at courthouse.

I have a card that says they were married at home Feb. 12 or 14 in Hamberg, Iowa. These are my grandparents. Thank you
