In the Name of God the benevolent father of all, I George Munson of the Town of Farragut in the County of Fremont in the State of Iowa do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament.
Item 1 I give and devise unto my son, Elias J. Munson of the County of Bond in the State of Illinois, the sum of One Dollar.
Item 2 I give and devise unto the son of George E. Munson, now deceased, the sum of One Dollar.
Item 3 I give and devise unto my Daughter Mary Beard of the State of California Lot Number Three Hundred and Twenty Two (322) in the Town of Farragut in the County of Fremont in the State of Iowa during her natural and after her death to the Heirs of her Body.
Item 4 I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah the sum of One Dollar.
Item 5 I give and devise to my Daughter Amanda Rose of Farragut in the County of Fremont in the State of Iowa the following Real Estate to wit: Lots Number Six (6) and Twenty (20) in Major W. D. Coys Addition to the Town of Farragut in the County of Fremont in the State of Iowa in the North West quarter of Section No. Seven (7) in Township No. Sixty Eight (68) North of Range No. Forty (40) West during her natural life and after her death to the Heirs of her Body.
Item 6 I give and devise unto my beloved wife Emily, Lots No. Three Hundred and Twenty Three (323) and Three Hundred and Twenty Four (324) in the Town of Farragut in the County of Fremont and State of Iowa. Also I give and devise unto my said wife Emily all the personal property of which I may be possessed at the time of my death. I also give and devise unto my said wife all money on hand and all notes, bonds and debts of whatsoever description due me at the time of my death after all my just debts are paid and also all my House Hold goods, parlor furniture, including my Piano and Kitchen furniture during her Natural or so long as she shall remain a Widow.
Item 7 After the Death or Marriage of my said wife Emily I give and devise unto my Daughter, Mirrella, Lots No. Three Hundred and Twenty Three and Three Hundred and Twenty Four (323) (324) in the Town of Farragut, in the County of Fremont and State of Iowa and also all my parlor furniture including my piano.
Item 8 After the death of my said Emily, I give and devise unto my Daughter, Amanda Rose all the residue of my household goods not mentioned in Paragraph No. Seven, including all Kitchen Furniture.
Item 9 I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife, Emily Munson, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament hereby authorizing and empowering her to compromise, adjust, release and discharge in such manner as she may deem proper, the debts and claims due me.
I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 28th day of August A. D. 1874....Signed G. Munson

I hereby confirm my former will (Excepting so far as the disposition of my property is not changed by this codicil that Lots No. 6 and 20 in Major W. D. Coy's Addition to the Town of Farragut, Iowa I give said Lots to my beloved wife for the term of her natural life and at her death to be given to my Daughter Amanda Rose and her heirs. Signed this my last codicil....George X Munson.
