LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CATHARINE HERSTINE
Be it remembered that I Catharine Herstine make this my last will. I give devise, bequeath my estate and property Real and Personal, as follows. That is to say; To my children Annie C. Newhall; Peter W. Herstine, and David G. Herstine, all the following described premises, situated in the County of Fremont and State of Iowa (to wit) Lot number thirty , _____2nd addition to Farragut and all the appertunances thereon belonging to be equally divided between the above named children. The omissions to give the child Kittie L. Miller anything is intentional.
In witness whereof, I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my Will, at Farragut on this

Batcheldor, Clerk of the District Court of the County and State aforesaid, do hereby Certify, that at the September term 1887, of said Court, on the 21st day of September 1887, the foregoing Will of Catharine Herstine, deceased, was duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate.
