WILL OF HENRY A. FISHER (not my family)
Filed August 20, 1885

In the name of God, Amen. I Henry A. Fisher of Walnut Tp. Fremont Co. Iowa, being of sound mind
and memory do hereby make publish and declare this to be my Will and Testament hereby
revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.

First - I order and direct my Executors as soon after my decease as practible to pay off and
discharge all the just debts due and liabilities that may exist against me at the time of my decease.

Second - I give and bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth Fisher all my real estate herein described to
wit - NW 1/4 of Section 18 Twp. 69 North of Range 40 West containing one hundred and sixty eight
acres more or less. Also all my personal property consisting of Horses, Mules, Cattle, Hogs, farm
implements, money and credits and household goods and c. excepting so much and bequeath to
the person hereinafter named. I give and bequeath to my Father, Francis Fisher the sum of Five
Dollars and to each of my sisters, Hannah Irwin and Augusta (Raushehouse?) the sum of Five
Dollars cash and to Mary F. McIntyre the sum of Five Dollars all of which I authorize my executors
to pay in a reasonable time after my decease.{extremely hard to read this paragraph CM}

Third - I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Elizabeth Fisher and ............as my Executors.

In witness whereof I have thereunto subscribed my name this 3rd day of May A. D. 1879

The above and foregoing instrument was at the date thereof signed sealed published and declared
by the said Henry A. Fisher as and for his last Will and Testament in presence of us and we in the
presence of each other have subscribed our name as witnesses.

State of Iowa, Fremont County....I T. D. Pepper a Justice of the Peace in and for said county do
hereby certify that before me personally appeared Henry A. Fisher to me known to be the identical
person whose name is affixed to the within Will and Testament and acknowledged the said
instrument and the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed. Witness my hand this 3rd
day of May 1879

State of Iowa, Fremont County...I M. R. Yowell, Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County and State
asforesaid do hereby certify that at the Dec. term 1885 of said Court and the 23rd day of Dec.
1885, the foregoing will of Henry A. Fisher, deceased, was duly proven allowed and admitted to
probate.....In Testimony wherefore I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of
said Court at my office in Sidney in said county this 30th day of Dec. 1885.

The following description was left out of the record .....the Will for this description of land.
"Also the North 1/2 of the SE and the NE of the SW and the SW of the SE of Sec. 29 Twp 69 North
