I Ezekiel Chambers of Sidney Fremont County, Iowa, make this my last will. I give, devise and
bequeath my estate and property real and personal as follows. That is to say: to my wife, Polly
Chambers the West part of Out Lot Twenty in the town of Sidney. Also all the house hold furniture
that she may choose to keep for her use. Also her choice cow of the cows. Next I want all my debts
paid (if any). Next I bequeath to my daughter Rebecca A. McKay, Two Hundred Dollars in money
and to my son William A. Chambers Sixty Dollars to make them equal with C. Elizabeth Lindsley,
Carline Matilda Hall and Harlow C. Chambers.

The balance of my propery both real and personal I devise and bequeath to all my children, to be
divided equally between them and I appoint William A. Chambers my son of Fremont County Iowa
and Giles Cowles Executors of this Will.

In Witness whereof I have signed sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at
Sidney this 27th day of January 1874.

The said Ezekiel Chambers at Sidney Fremont County Iowa, on the 2? day of January 1874. signed
and sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for his last will and we at
his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our
names as subscribing witnesses.
