not my relative

In the name of God, Amen. I Hervey A. Crosthwait of the town of Imogene in the county of Fremont
and state of Iowa, of the age of sixty two years and being of sound mind and memory, do make
publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following. That is to say:

First, I give unto my beloved wife, Julia A. Crosthwait, the sum of one thousand dollars, also the
homestead which I now occupy consisting of Lots No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in block No. 10, Imogene
Iowa and the buildings thereon. Also Lots No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in block 11, Imogene, Iowa

Second, I give all the remaining part of my personal and real estate, notes and credits to my sons
Milton C. Crosthwait, (Lathedus?) M. Crosthwait and my daughter Ella O. Allen, said property to be
divided equally between said children after paying all debts and funeral expenses and lastly I hereby
appoint my beloved wife, Julia A. Crosthwait sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby
revoking all former wills by me made to serve without bond. In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this 26th day of January 1891

The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at the date thereof signed and declared by the
said Hervey W. Crosthwait to be his last will and testament in presence of us who at his request
and in his presence have subscribed our names as witness thereto.
