Clear Lake - Six classmates, Victor Schomberg, Kenneth Kolb, Kenneth Peterson, Jake Madson, Alva Carlson and Ervin Rathman acted as pallbearers at the funeral of Kenneth Schloemer of Mason City held Friday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Latimer.

Mr. Schloemer, who was born at Latimer September 20, 1914 died at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.E. Schloemer. He was married to Miss Evelyn Hansen January 27, 1939. Mrs. Schloemer and a son, Merlyn Lee survive.

He was graduated from Latimer High School with the Class of 1933 and for the past four years had been employed by the West Truck Line at Mason City where he made his home until he became ill of rheumatic fever three months ago.

Burial was in the Alexander Cemetery.
