Services for Chad Alan Truax Jr., infant son of Chad Truax and Chastity Hovenga, Hampton, will be held at 1:30 p.m. today (Thursday, Nov. 15) at St. John's Lutheran Church, rural Hampton. The Rev. Tom Hungerford will officiate.

Chad Alan Truax, Jr. Died of complications of premature birth on Sunday, Nov. 11, 1990, six hours after his birth, at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Mason City.

Survivors include his parents; a brother, Skiler Hovenga; his paternal grandparents, Merlyn and Kathy Schloemer; and maternal grandparents, Paul and Jeri Hovenga.

Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home, Hampton, was in charge of arrangements.
