Coulter- Alfred J. Kelson, 65, of Coulter, died Sunday evening at his home.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. John's Lutheran Church in Hampton. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Willim Funeral home of Latimer in charge.

Born February 22, 1908 in Momence, Ill. He was the son of Nels and Anna Jepsen Kelson.

He married Eleonora K. Christensen July 12, 1932, at Momence. They moved to Chicago, where he was an auto mechanic, then to Coulter in March 1973.

Surviving are his wife, two sons, Rollan, Aurora, Colo.; Allan, Oak Lawn, Ill.; two daughters, Mrs. George (Myrtle) Zolac, Chicago; Mrs. William (Alice) Pierce, St Louis, Mo., 11 grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Kurth, Momence.

He was preceded in death by a brother, sister and an infant daughter.
