Gerald E. Juhl,50, Coulter, died Monday Morning at Franklin General Hospital after a several months illness. Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 28, 1984, at St. John's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Milton Eklund officiating. Sietsema-Vogel was in charge.

Born July 13, 1933 at Coulter, he was the son of Mr. And Mrs. Roy Juhl. He was business manager for Local No. 55, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers; was a member of Anchor Lodge 191, the American Legion and El Kahir Shrine Temple of Cedar Rapids. He was a graduate of Ellsworth College and served with the U.S. Forces in Korea.

Mr. Juhl is survived by his mother, one son, Allen of Waterloo, two daughters, Holly Beth of Cedar Falls and Jacqueline of Grundy Center; five grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Delvin (Helen) Stagl of Newhall, Cal., Mrs. Wayne (Kay) Paullus of Latimer, Mrs. Sherwood (Barbara) Hansen of Hampton, and Mrs. Wesley (Beth) Wiley of Montara, Cal.
He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, southwest of Hampton.
