Walter Pedersen, 94, of Coulter, died Thursday, Nov. 2, 1995, at the Sheffield care Center.

Funeral services were Saturday, Nov. 4, at St. John's Lutheran Church, rural Hampton. With the Rev. A.E. Norson officiating. Burial was in the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, rural Hampton.

He was born Sept. 25, 1901, in Latimer, the son of Neils and Marie Pedersen. He was a farmer and worked as a tiler for Franklin County. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Danish Brotherhood, Odd Fellows and Coulter City Council.

He is survived by his brother, Stanley Pedersen of Coulter; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and three brothers.
