Rosa Alvilda Jensen Hansen, 94, Hampton, Died Friday, Nov. 21, 1997, at the Franklin General hospital, Hampton.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 today, Nov. 25, at the St. John's Lutheran Church, rural Hampton, with the Rev. Louise Stromberg officiating. Visitation wil be at the church from 9 a.m. until the service. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, rural Hampton.

Rosa was born Oct. 8, 1903, in Hamilton Township, Franklin County, daughter of Nels Jensen and Ingeborg Andersen. She was educated in a country school south of Coulter, she married Edward Hansen on Sept. 12, 1934, near Hampton.

She was a homemaker and member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She enjoyed cooking and sewing and took part in all types of church work. She played the organ at the church for 13 years.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and four brothers, Peter, Ingvardt, Evald and Henry.
