Died Suddenly
Just shortly before going to press we learn the sad news that Mrs. N.C. Christiansen was taken with a stroke of paralysis about five o'clock Wednesday evening of this week, and and at five o'clock this morning she breathed her last.

It is always sad when a family is called upon to mourn the death of a loved one, but when the call comes so suddenly it is doubly hard to bear.

Mrs. Christiansen was about fifty years of age and leaves a family to mourn her sudden death.
The Star joins with the community in extending sympathies to the bereaved relatives in this their hour of sadness.

The funeral Mrs. N.C. Christiansen was held at the Danish Lutheran Church, southwest of here, last Saturday, conducted by Rev. Kirkegaard. After the service the body was placed in its last resting place in the cemetery by the church.

A large concourse of sorrowing friends were present to pay their last respects to a departing neighbor and sympathize with the mourning reltives.
May her soul rest in peace.
