Orvel Christensen
Orvel E. Christensen, 85, of Hampton died Saturday, Nov. 19, 1994, at the Sheffield Care Center.

Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 21, at St. John's Lutheran Church in rural Hampton, with the Rev. Joyce Guldager and Milton Eklund officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

He was born March 2, 1909, in Franklin County, the son of Niels and Laura (Madsen) Christensen. He was a farmer and a member of St John's Lutheran Church of rural Hampton.

He was survived by a cousin, Norman Holm of Hampton.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers.
