Hampton, Iowa, Oct. 13 - The funeral services of the late Carl Rowe [were held at] church Sunday afternoon, by Rev. DeWitt Clinton. Deceased was born at Warren, Ill., twenty-three years ago. He was married to Laura H. Shears in 1912, and leaves his wife, a son eighteen months old, besides other relatives. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen and that order had part in the burial service. Interment was in the Hampton cemetery.

Quite a number from Sheffield and vicinity were in attendance at the funeral of Carrol Rowe at Hampton Sunday afternoon.
