Duarte, Cal. - Andrew P. Warming, 82, a Duarte resident for many years, died Tuesday, Feb. 1 in Monrovia Community Hospital.

Born in Hampton, Iowa on Oct. 25, 1889, Warming operated Warming Motor Company in Burlington, Iowa. He moved to California in 1939 and soon opened up Warming Lumber Yard in Duarte. While in business, he was a member of the Duarte Chamber of Commerce and was a Mason.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret; three daughters, Janet Michaels of San Dimas, Doris Halopoff of Monrovia and Charlotte Kermode of Indianapolis, Ind.; and four grandsons, Andrew, Chris, John and James.

Services were held Friday at Oakdale Mortuary.
